The delivery costs, if present, are charged to the Customer and are clearly stated when the order is placed. Nothing is more due by the Customer than the total order.
Packages are usually shipped within 6-7 days after receipt of payment.
The shipment of items within 1kg of weight, or small packages, will take place via Italian post or BRT, for orders of items weighing more than 1kg, via ARTONI or BRT.
At the time of shipment (only through Artoni and BRT) we will guarantee, upon request, a link to check the route of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs.
We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders executed separately, and shipping charges will be applied to each one. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested, affixing a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg “punched packaging”, “crushed packaging” , etc.) on the courier delivery proof.
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
