Its versatility makes it perfect for baking pizza as well (sheet pizza 35×40, peel, focaccia, pinsa).
The electronic control allows you to adjust the temperature inside the chamber and set the percentage of sky-platea working time, making the cooking process even easier. Additionally, the resistors, custom-designed and tailored, ensure excellent and perfectly even cooking, resulting in optimal and satisfying outcomes.
The chamber is characterized by the presence of halogen lighting with limited protrusion, allowing for greater freedom of movement during the cooking process inside the chamber.
