Warranty

The product warranty is valid for 2 years if the purchase is made directly on the Effeuno shop by a private individual. If the purchase is made with an invoice using a VAT number (for businesses or professionals), the warranty is valid for 1 year.

Purchases made through authorized resellers or official distributors are subject to the warranty conditions set by the respective sellers.

*The date on the sales invoice shall be the date on the sales invoice.

No, it is not possible. Any changes made to the oven (not authorized by the manufacturer) will void the current warranty.

Any rights of the purchaser regarding the purchased products are valid exclusively with delivery to a location managed by Effeuno Srl or collection from our warehouse.

The warranty is valid only in countries where shipping is directly managed by Effeuno Srl, and technical assistance is provided by Effeuno Srl exclusively at the shipping address managed by Effeuno Srl.

Any transport damages occurring beyond the shipping address managed by Effeuno Srl will in no way be attributable to Effeuno Srl and will therefore remain the responsibility of the customer or the carrier.
