Shipping and delivery

• Delivery times generally vary according to the product ordered and especially according to the place of destination (Italy and abroad).
• In some cases, they may vary as they are subject to unforeseen circumstances related to the carrier;
• Domestic and international couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) regulated and indicated by them and cannot be syndicated to Effeuno Srl;
• Effeuno srl strives to meet the stated delivery times by trying to anticipate them whenever possible.
• Floor delivery service is NOT available.
• Carrier delivery time, on average* – Italy – North: 3 – 4 working days – Centre: 4 – 5 working days – South: 5 – 7 working days – Islands: 7 – 10 working days* the average time can be considered valid from the day of confirmation of shipment

The types of shipping methods we offer are:

• Pick-up on site with own courier: when the goods are available for pick-up, an e-mail will be sent with all the details, this will be subject to an appointment being made at least 24 hours in advance (requests for pick-up at the premises by means other than authorised couriers will not be considered) EFFEUNO WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRANSPORT DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE CHOSEN CARRIER. La sostituzione e l’invio di eventuali pezzi danneggiati sarà a carico del cliente, previo preventivo; Giorni disponibili per il ritiro: Lunedì – Mercoledì – Giovedì. Dalle 13.00/15.00 L’appuntamento verrà concordato via mail da Effeuno
• Courier Fercam (for the ovens);
• Courier BRT (for spare parts + accessories).

Please note: For orders with a shipping address in Europe, with the exception of Italy and countries with an official Effeuno distributor, it will be necessary to pick up the oven at your premises with your own courier.

• The price includes the oven plus Italian VAT.
• Shipping costs are to be added to the final cost and vary according to the destination/product and are, in the case of international shipping: Croatia 130€, Finland 220€, France 110€, Luxembourg 110€, Czech Republic 130€ and Spain 110€.

Any rights of the purchaser regarding the purchased products are valid exclusively with delivery to a location managed by Effeuno Srl or collection from our warehouse.

The warranty is valid only in countries where shipping is directly managed by Effeuno Srl, and technical assistance is provided by Effeuno Srl exclusively at the shipping address managed by Effeuno Srl.

Any transport damages occurring beyond the shipping address managed by Effeuno Srl will in no way be attributable to Effeuno Srl and will therefore remain the responsibility of the customer or the carrier.
